Standard Policy One night's stay is required to confirm reservation during non-peak period. A 5-day cancellation notice is required to have your one night’s deposit refunded.
Special Event Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total stay during Peak season: Bowl Games, Championship Games, Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest will be charged at time of reservation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival date. No cancellations or refunds after the final payment. Minimum two night stay is required during Special Events.
Room rates are subject to applicable taxes.
Prices quoted are per night, double occupancy. The Dolores Room is the only room that can accommodate an additional person at a $25 charge per night. There is no charge for children 12 years of age and under. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please respect all of our guests by observing these times.
Guests assume responsibility for any damage or loss.
Gift Certificates are available and are non-refundable.
Ample parking is available on the grounds.
Facilities may be used by registered guests only unless otherwise arranged with the Owners.
