A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure a reservation of the requested date. The remaining balance is due sixty days prior to the wedding event. A security deposit of $500 is also required. This deposit of $500 will be refunded within one week after the wedding event, provided that no damage or additional expense occurs. An additional $250 deposit is required if a licensed professional caterer is not used. This deposit of $250 will be refunded within one week after the wedding event, provided that client catering provides full cleanup responsibilities.

Home Rental includes the use of the home and grounds with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. The 10 room hospitality area is decorated with antique furnishings enriched with heirlooms all reflecting the essence of old Southern charm. The parlor, breezeway, dining rooms, and porches are areas where guests can gather with friends and family in casual elegance.
