The Intimate Wedding Package accommodates 75 guests for your 4-5-hour wedding event. The Chez Felicite’ Wedding Package accommodates 150 guests for your 4-5-hour wedding event. Custom price quotes are available for events larger than 150 guests.
Our home rental offers full planning and coordination for the host that would like their event to have an elegant country setting. Home Rental includes use of the home and grounds with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. The 10 room hospitality area is decorated with antique furnishings enriched with heirlooms all reflecting the essence of old Southern charm. The parlor, breezeway, dining rooms and porches are areas where guests can gather with friends and family in casual elegance.
The Pavilion with its rustic charm and full of history is made of 100+ year-old reclaimed wood. Enjoy natural beauty and charm beneath the massive canopy of the oak tress and breathtaking sunsets while you celebrate your special day.
Rental includes two rustic bars and pirogues to serve drinks, six rustic pub tables, outdoor seating (chairs and tables).
Home Rental is offered with a minimum of 2 hours rental. A complimentary hour before your event to prepare for the arrival of your guest and an hour after your event to finalize are included with your home rental. Pricing includes a 20% service fee on the venue rental. All events require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance due two weeks prior to the event.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure a reservation of the requested date. The remaining balance is due thirty days prior to the wedding event.
A damage deposit of $500 is also required. This deposit of $500 will be refunded within one week after the wedding event, provided that no damage or additional expense occurs. An additional $250 deposit is required if a licensed professional cater is not used. This deposit of $250 will be refunded within one week after the wedding event, provided that client catering provides full cleanup responsibilities.
